Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

We ship within 2-8 days of purchasing, often sooner, excluding weekends and holidays. Most packages within the US will reach their destinations within a week from shipping date, although USPS processing times vary. Packages heading outside of the US (Canada) generally take about 2-3 weeks, although it may take longer.

Please make sure your address is correct when purchasing!!! We do our best to follow up on incorrect addresses when the packages are returned to me, but to make sure it gets to you quickly the first time, double-checking your address is super helpful. 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive it.
Please note: it may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated on the USPS website.


International Shipping (Canada)

International shipments may be subject to fees and/or duties upon arrival that Peripheral US is not responsible for. We also cannot be responsible for missing or delayed packages. USPS may or may not provide extended tracking for international shipments. Please know that when you place an order from outside the US, you are assuming all risks of international shipping.

Multiple Order Package Policy

If multiple orders are placed within the same shipping window (2-8 days) to the same name, we do our best to ship the orders together in order for all the products to get to you at the same time :) This means you will receive one tracking number. If you have placed multiple orders within the same shipping window and would rather have them shipped separately, feel free to contact us and we can make sure to do that!

PRE-ORDER:

-This means that the items are currently out of stock but are currently in production and will be back in our inventory soon.  Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item(s) in which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as production is complete.  Please keep the following information in mind when placing a pre-order: 

  • Additional items in your order will be held back and sent at once.

  • The pre-order items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as production is complete in the order in which they were received.

  • Our window for allowing the purchase of pre-order items is 7- 12 business days. If an item is unavailable to ship for 7-12 days or longer, that item will be made unavailable until the shipping estimate falls within 7-12 days of ordering.

  • We will do our best to estimate when pre-order items are expected to ship and post the date in the production description area. *This is only an estimation, subject to change, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.

  • You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your pre-order items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support to follow up on your pre-order, we will take care of you from here on out!

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!

Once the shipping carrier has the package we have no control on delivery timeframe/details. We cannot be held liable for any delays after we have shipped the package as it is entirely out of our hands. After an order has been marked "delivered" any issues or concerns with your delivery must go through your local Post Office. We'll always be here to help, but we are unable to "find packages" if they are missing or delivered incorrectly. 

We are not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

    It's the USPS's responsibility to ensure the package is delivered safely and successfully. In such circumstances of issues with shipping/delivery, we strongly encourage you to contact the USPS by filling out the following two forms: 1) Help Request Form 2) Missing Mail Search Request


    Further Charges for International Delivery

    We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs/customs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.
