Refund policy

Unfortunately, all sales are final. All items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

All sales are final once they are placed/processed in our system. This occurs immediately after you submit your order with us. We do not issue any sort of cancellation. If you want something changed about your order like email address or shipping address please let us know and we'd love to help out :)


Return and Exchanges
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage.

• Return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available.

• To qualify for return/exchange, your goods must be in the same state as the goods you received, undamaged or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging.

• You also need a receipt or proof of purchase. The postage is for your own account. To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions. Items returned to us without prior request for return are not acceptable.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed. If returned item is not approved, you (buyer) are responsible for shipping cost.

• If a replacement is not available or out of stock, we may offer you a different item with the price that are equal to, or less than your returned item's price at point of purchase, excluding shipping charge.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order#) and photo or video proof of damaged item (if applicable)
Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• On Sale item(s)
• Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized goods (such as special orders or personalized goods) and personal care goods (such as beauty products) We also do not accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about specific products, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of special offers or gift cards.

 

Metal Inquiries & Optional Earring Backings

We use stainless steel for all earring findings, they are advertised as hypoallergenic and are good for sensitive ears. However, these findings may contain a trace amount of nickel (5-8%). This is okay for the majority of sensitive ears, but if you're highly allergic or irritated by nickel, please be aware before purchasing. Unfortunately we don't provide metal swaps or substituting, but you're welcome to switch the jewelry findings out at home if needed!
